Sound Refining
Tacoma, WAAn out-of-service transformer, OCB, and lattice tower were blocking plans for expansion. Transformer Technologies was hired to remove the equipment and assist in preparing the site for future use. In addition to removing the oil and equipment, Transformer Technologies cleaned residual oil from the concrete slabs and surrounding ground. Transformer Technologies also performed oil sampling on all bushings to determine their PCB levels. Once proven to be under 50 PPM of PCB, the bushings were transported to Salem for processing. |
